Current open positions:

CDL A or B will be great. Valid driver’s license required.

Tree Climber

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for climbing, pruning and removing trees on residential and commercial properties;
  • Manage, maintain, and safely operate all tools and equipment such as hand tools, saws, chipper, and climbing gear;
  • Have great customer service skills.

Qualifications:

  • Climbing experience utilizing ropes and saddle when pruning;
  • Knowledge of of knots, chainsaw and chipper operation;
  • Safety ANSI Standard;
  • Valid driver’s licensed required with clean driving record. CDL B preferred but not required;
  • Experience with driving CVL truck with trailer;
  • Team player, help other team members out.

Crew Lead

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise tree crew while performing residential and commercial tree pruning and removals by ANSI Standard;
  • Operate a bucket truck aerial lift tree climber;
  • Be able to rig and lower branches safely;
  • Be responsible for crew’s daily production and safety goals.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years or more experience
  • ISA Certificate is great but not required;
  • Great communication skills;
  • Have a positive/professional appearance and attitude;
  • Great customer service skills;
  • Clean, valid driver’s license is required. CDL A or B would be a plus, but is not required.

Ground Crew Arborist Trainee

Responsibilities:

  • Gas up equipment saws;
  • Pull ropes with branches to safe location;
  • Drag brush, feed chipper;
  • Keep work area clean;
  • Untie ropes;
  • Watch for hazards;
  • Ground cutting.

Qualifications:

  • Operate and maintain chipper and chain saws;
  • Clean, valid driver’s license is required;
  • Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs;
  • Must tolerate working outside in all weather conditions.
